Q: What operating systems can my machine run on for printing?

A: Your copier is compatible with Windows 98, SE, ME, 2000, XP, 2003, NT 4.0 SP6, MAC OS 9.2 or later, MAC OS x 10.2 MAC OS x 10.3, PDF Files, TWAIN Driver.


Q: How long will it take to receive my equipment once ordered?

A: Our delivery team will arrive 2-3 business days from date of order on in-stock items. Special rush deliveries are available.


Q: Our copier needs have grown, however, we are in a lease.  May we still upgrade?

A: Yes, you may still upgrade. Please contact our Sales Team for specific details and information.

Q: Do you sell new or used copiers?

A: We sell new, used, refurbished and reconditioned. Please contact our Sales Team for specific details and quotes.
