Q. What are Compatible Cartridges?
A: Compatible Cartridges describe a similar product to the original used to fulfill the same purpose, For example, a customer may not use HP paper in HP printers. The customer instead uses a product from a compatible manufacturer that works just as well.
Q. What does OEM stand for?
A: OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. OEMs such as HP, Brother, Lexmark, Konica Minolta and Muratec are the companies that produce your machine, as well as the toner or drum cartridge used.
Q: How do I know how long my toner or drum cartridge will last?
