Customers who have a service agreement with Consolidated Copier Services appreciate the hassle-free approach to maintaining their office equipment. Service agreements include all labor, parts, and supplies (except paper, staples, and network related problems). Our service plans also include at no extra charge a free loaner program, a “next immediate call” status if your copier is completely down, firmware/machine updates, and remote support, which allows us (with your permission) to securely view your computer screen for troubleshooting and fixing problems.
